What benefits do I get as a subscriber?

Are your coffees organic and fair trade certified?

All our coffees are certified fair trade and organic, ensuring ethical sourcing and sustainable practices. Enjoy your cup of coffee with the confidence that you're supporting responsible farming and production methods.

Is there a minimum time commitment or contract?

No commitment! If things change, you can easily unsubscribe from our subscription services.

When does the subscription start?

After you sign up to our subscription, you’re first order will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

How much coffee do I need?

We always recommend 22g per dose and that should get you around 50-75 cups per kg. That’s the usual rule of thumb, however choose the best option for you based on household and how much cups you consume daily.

I don’t have a grinder. Can you pre-grind my beans?

Yes! Simply select how you want your coffee delivered (whole beans or ground) when you purchase your subscription.
