Our single-origin coffee. Roasted as a medium espresso roast to suit black drinks like short blacks, long blacks, etc. Flavour notes: Apricot, mango, jasmine and floral.

Ethiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, boasts over 1.1 million coffee farmers, predominantly located in the south and west regions. These farmers are organised into various cooperatives, all belonging to a Union responsible for milling, grading, selling, and exporting the coffee.
The coffees are primarily Heirloom varieties, blending native Typica hybrids with newer strains. Within Ethiopia, the Yirgacheffe region is recognised for its distinct washed coffees characterised by clean, floral flavours and pronounced acidity, as well as high-quality sun-dried coffees featuring unique fruit and berry notes.
