For optimal freshness, store your coffee beans in a dry, dark, and airtight container at room temperature. Aim to use freshly roasted coffee beans within 4–6 weeks of the roast date for the best flavour experience.
With our coffee beans, we always recommend 22gm weighed, 28 seconds extraction time and 45-50ml yield (go by the flavour you prefer when extracting for yield).
Since we opened we’ve always prioritised top-notch, consistent coffee. Despite market fluctuations, our Ironmonger blend has upheld its distinct flavour profile, sourced from the same regions. We're committed to delivering a quality coffee experience to our customers, day in and day out.
